CustomAI Studio is hiring Full Stack AI Engineers to build the production systems that run inside our clients’ operations. You’ll work alongside our Solutions Architects to take a Custom AI Blueprint from spec to deployed system — backend, agent orchestration, integrations, and the interfaces operators rely on every day.
What you’ll do
- Build production AI systems end-to-end — from backend services and agent orchestration to operator-facing UI.
- Work directly inside our agentic build harness, contributing to spec-driven development and test-driven validation.
- Translate detailed Blueprint specs into deployable systems that survive contact with real data and real workflows.
- Own systems through deployment, monitoring, and iteration — not just initial build.
- Contribute to the harness itself as we push toward a “dark factory” model for AI development.
What we’re looking for
- Strong full-stack engineering experience — Python/TypeScript, modern web stack, cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI tooling at production grade.
- Comfort with ambiguity, spec-first work, and fast iteration cycles.
- A bias for shipping systems that work in real operations, not demos.
- Bonus: experience with retrieval, evals, voice agents, or vertical-specific integrations (CRM, EHR, ERP, etc.).
