CustomAI Studio is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to own the full sales cycle for our AI Technology Partner and Custom AI Project engagements. You’ll work with operators who already know AI is going to reshape their industry and help them choose the partner who actually ships it.
What you’ll do
- Own pipeline generation and full-cycle sales for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Run discovery, qualification, and the commercial conversations that lead to Custom AI Blueprint engagements.
- Work alongside our Solutions Architects to scope the right entry point — Blueprint, Project, or Partner — for each prospect.
- Build durable executive relationships with founders, COOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leads.
- Forecast accurately, run a clean CRM, and contribute to commercial process as we scale.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience — services, consulting, or technical solution sales preferred.
- Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure engagements.
- Strong technical fluency — you don’t need to write code, but you need to credibly carry the technical conversation.
- Domain experience selling into operators (CEOs, COOs, founders) is a major plus.
- Comfort owning a number, owning a process, and operating with high autonomy.
