CustomAI Studio is hiring Enterprise Solutions Architects to lead our most strategic engagements. As the embedded leader on each engagement, you own the Custom AI Blueprint from first call to delivered strategy — and stay in the room as it gets built.
What you’ll do
- Embed inside mid-market and enterprise clients for the duration of the Blueprint engagement (2–6 weeks).
- Shadow operators, map every workflow to the task level, audit the technology stack, and identify the workflows where AI creates real ROI.
- Build the full ROI model — baseline metrics, three-scenario forecasts, phased implementation roadmap.
- Translate the Blueprint into detailed system specs that flow into our agentic build harness.
- Stay engaged through deployment as the strategic owner of the relationship and the integrity of the work.
What we’re looking for
- Senior consulting, solutions architecture, or technical product leadership background — McKinsey/BCG-level rigor with a builder’s mindset.
- Strong technical depth — you can architect systems, not just describe them.
- Hands-on familiarity with the modern AI stack (LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval, evals) and how it maps to real operations.
- Excellent executive communication — you’ll present to founders, CEOs, and boards.
- Comfort embedding inside a client’s day-to-day operation and operating with significant autonomy.
